Painful to walk

i’m gonna try and explain this as best as i can because i have no idea what is going on. i’m experiencing pain on both legs (it alternates) that starts at my lower back and down my butt kinda like sciatic nerve pain. it happens when i’m sitting or laying for about 20min or more and then i get up. If i’m walking for a while it won’t happen. it’s so painful that it’s hard to walk while it’s happening and i’m hunched over limping and taking granny steps. has anyone else experienced this or anything similar? i’m at a loss.

I’ve been like that since week 9. My doctor said its normal but if stretching and yoga don’t help she was gonna send me to physical therapy. You should still consult with your doctor just in case.

I've had this since week 9 too! It's pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain I think. I got a referral for physical therapy and start this week and can't wait for some relief. I looked up some stretches and stuff online that help if I stay consistent - happy baby pose, child's pose, cat/cow, diaphragmatic breathing, etc.

I began experiencing this symptom over the weekend and today it’s the most noticeable
Luckily going to the chiro tomorrow- I 10/10 recommend an adjustment as you grow in pregnancy- look for a chiropractor that offers Webster technique

Scan needed at 33 weeks

Hi ladies! I just had a midwife appointment (I am 33+5)..the midwife was different to my usual midwife. She's requested I have a scan within 72 hours as she said baby is measuring a little small, however, she did say that it's likely nothing to worry about and it's probably just her measuring me a bit different to my usual midwife. Has anyone else had this? Am a bit worried although babys heartbeat and movements are completely fine.

Finding out gender

Has anyone found out the gender at a private scan at 14 weeks? And has this been accurate?

I found out at 17 with my first but I know a scan place that offers from 14/15 weeks and I’m impatient 😂🥲
