Looking for some recommendations! My son is 11 weeks old and will start daycare in 3 weeks. He REFUSES to take bottles. Any recommendations to get him to take a bottle so the transition to daycare is easier?
I’ve tired warm and cook milk
I’ve tried different brands of bottles
I’ve tried different nipples
none seem to work

My mom had this same problem and ended up using the convertible sippy cups with nipples!

I use the pigeon bottles off of Amazon and they are the only bottle my breastfed baby will take. It also helped if I put her in the same position she breastfed in

Have you tired the boon nursh I swear by them it’s the only bottle both my breastfeed babies took everything else was a fail, with my first I would start to breastfeed and then swap it out for the bottle sometimes it worked but I would use a haakaa to collect the milk flow. Wishing you the best I know it can be hard and so frustrating but you got this mama🫶🥹

My boys really like the mam bottles I love them too. Super easy to clean and my boys haven’t spit up as much. They however took bottles from day one since I exclusively pump. A good friend of mine whose daughter had trouble taking bottles would only take the comotomo natural baby bottle. I stumbled upon a blog today that talked about the pros and cons of the comotomo bottles.
Pros:
Nipple and base are made of medical grade silicone (no BPA, PVC, or phthalates)
Soft and wide nipple mimics mother’s breast more closely and prevents rejection of breast
Dual air vents help prevent gas and colic
CONS
Silicone design makes heating up milk take longer than other materials
Silicone bottle body falls easily if it’s not a hard, flat surface
More expensive than other comparable bottles
Here are the pros and cons of the mam bottles too.
Pros:
Air vents in the bottom of the bottle reduce air swallowed
Easily sterilize bottle in the microwave
Ultra-soft, silicone nipple mimics breast

CONS
Prone to leak if all pieces are not screwed back together tightly
Some babies experienced more gassiness due to small air leaks

I know you said you've tried all bottles but have you tried mam bottles?? I think you just have yo let them learn 😭 mine was the same way wouldn't then eventually took the mam bottle as she had no choice 😭

and those are my favorite bottles.

Have you tried Tommee tippee bottles?
