hey everyone - seen a few people posting their birth plans. would rlly appreciate if anyone has any thoughts on things I might have missed or to consider! my brain is so frazzled at the moment another pair of eyes would be amazing.

Your birth plan is lovely, I didn’t even know you could catch your own baby (in ideal scenario).

This looks good. The only extra sections I have is on induction (in case) which just sets out if I would be willing to do sweeps, pessaries, ive said no to hormone drip for example. Then I also put in a couple of bullets around interventions/instruments ie not wanting forceps unless baby in distress/emergency (and that they need to explain why required and ensure consent) but depends if you have strong views on these bits

ohh that’s a really gd point- thank u. going thru the induction discussion at the moment actually. so much pressure to do it! i’ve been trying to find positive stories as I’m sure there are some out there but it’s a lot to take on for sure

Friends wedding abroad

Hi all. I know this is FTM... But really need advice. I am currently pregnant with baby #2. Only 8 weeks. I didn't want to tell anyone yet, my partner and boss knows (needed for risk assessment reasons annoyingly). My friend is getting married in a remote part of Spain in ~3 months. I've already had a few minor complications, pain, bleeding, vanishing twin... I got preeclampsia last pregnancy and a terrible birth.
I am pretty sure I don't feel comfortable flying and then travelling out to a remote part of Spain during pregnancy. It will just be me and my toddler. I know it's overcautious but I just don't feel comfortable. I'm not even sure if I am going to be classified as high risk pregnancy or not.
How do I handle this? I need to tell her ASAP, but I didn't really want to tell anyone yet as doc told me miscarriage risk is a bit increased with vanishing twin. Any ideas?

Anxiety with the bump.

I’m 36 weeks pregnant and I’ve suddenly developed a massive anxiety around anyone standing behind me. My husband is annoying me so much because even though I’ve told him how it makes me feel, he’s continued doing stuff in our kitchen (that is tiny anyway) and sliding past me to grab things. I know the baby is safe even if I were to bump the bump a little but even the thought of it is still making extremely anxious. How do I cope with this feeling and is anyone else going through the same sort of thing?

Breathless and feeling like I need to be sitting constantly!

Has anyone else been feeling this way as they're getting closer to their due date?

I attempted to change our bedding this evening and had to call my husband for back up as I literally felt like my lungs were going to explode just trying to reach over to put the sheet on.

I'm huffing and puffing just getting my toddler into his pjs, and I was sat down! Like what is going on 😮‍💨🥲

Everything has been check ie bloods etc so I think it's just general pregnancy as I'm now 38 weeks. My bump feels like it weighs about 100lbs 😭

Anxious/depressed

My first pregnancy symptom was my anxiety out of nowhere. I feel like I'm a bundle of nerves and just so scared of everything. Is anyone else feeling similar? How are you managing? Are we contributing it to hormones?

Sneak Peek Test

I did the sneak peek test at 15 weeks pregnant, and the results just came back girl! Has anyone ever taken the test, gotten girl, and it been wrong?
