So after my 20 week scan, I was referred to Fetal Medicine and they did another ultrasound. Ultrasound showed fluid in ventricle and half cerebellum. I asked for an MRI and the results were not promising and was told the abnormalities in brain will impact the baby in many ways. From delayed development to breathing problems. The results were severe and I have opted for termination. I am 25 weeks and will be 26 weeks on day of termination. I am emotionally exhausted but trying to see if anyone can guide me how will this termination look like. I know that they will induce me but will I get to see my baby? What does the entire process look like?
Thank you for all the inputs in advance.

I have not experienced this but when reading and listening to others stories I wouldn’t see any reason you wouldn’t get to see your baby after you deliver them.
I do just want to say I’m so sorry for what you’re going through. I wish the best for you and your family!
