My nearly 5 month old has been projectile vomiting 1 or 2 times a day since last Monday!!
Took her to the doctors last week and he said there was nothing he could see wrong, possibly a phase but I canāt cope any longer!
Even though she doesnāt actually seem fussed by it - no crying or anything!
Weāve not changed anything in the way of diet or routine! And as of yet LOs weight doesnāt seem affected!
I donāt think itās reflux as we had that from birth till about 2.5 months and this is much different! Comes out with such force and can be hours after a feed, and it stinks of old stale milk š¤®
Today it happened in a coffee shop and literally went everywhere all over the floor and everyone was staring whilst I was on hands and knees cleaning up!
Its getting to the point I donāt want to leave the house in case it happens!!
Has anyone been through this?! Any tips?! What caused it?!

No tips sorry!! But weāve had this yesterday and today, no warning signs so it makes me jump š Iām hoping it is a phase and it will stop! Itās horrific X

Oh no, hope little one is okay, my boy reflux was projectile vomiting because the size of the teet was too much and it wasnāt digesting properly. Just a thought?

Do you breast feed or formula feed? X
sheās still on size 1 teats as size 2 she kept spilling out her mouth!! š¤¦š»āāļø so I Iām not sure!! X
formula!! X

Ah sorry I have no idea then! Hope she gets better soon. Perhaps go back to the doctors once it's been 2 weeks xx

My LB is the same, itās been happening daily for about 3 weeks now. I took him to the doctors and they said no obvious reason but to try more frequent feeds with less oz as maybe he was too full, however he would be sick 2-3 hours after the feed so surely his stomach would of digested some by then? Iām hoping itās a phase too and maybe over the next few months with weaning it could help? X
this is exactly the same as us! But like you said sometimes it can be up to 3 hours after and even after a nap!! Thereās no warning signs to it coming either! Just suddenly shoots out!
How old is your little one? X

You could try sizing up on teets, I know you said that it was coming out of babyās mouth but this does happen initially whilst they are getting used to a faster flow! Takes about 2 days for them to get used to it so stick with it and see, our little girl was being sick all the time and taking 20 minutes on a bottle and not even finishing it, now sheās being sick less and finishing whole bottle in 10/15 x

P.s definitely pace feed with a new teat and this helps š
okay, might give it another go then!! Thank you xx

Exactly the same no warning signs, no burp just flys out! Heās 5 months on Friday, itās so frustrating, the amount of washing Iām doing is driving me up the wall 𤣠xx
