Is anyone still lifting fairly heavy? I feel good doing so and I’m listening to my body if something feels off.

5 days/week still! (Currently I’m 32 weeks). Modifying lifts and my weights are significantly down from even a few weeks ago, but I’m listening to my body, and my MD is aware. I’ve been lifting for years though so my body is used to this.

Not at all - zero pain or complications so far. And I work on my feet all day too, and need to lift for work. I feel like being active is also helping me work throughout my pregnancy so far too! Keep up the good work yourself!
