I give my daughter her food maybe an hour after her bottle but they say it can be just after aswell I wouldn’t stress 🥰 I sometimes put banana and Farley’s rusk in a blender with a bit of water she loves it like a smoothie for her xx

Also try the Ella’s kitchen pouches they’re really good and full of nutrition for the babies xx

Hey! They just need to have 3 meals and 2 snacks a day roughly by the time they are 1 and drop milk 😊 it will get easier to fit it all in by then as they will drop naps and stuff so don’t worry about only once a day! X

It depends if you want to do BLW or are wanting to start with more puréed foods - both are good options and no right or wrong way! If BLW You can give baby (mostly) anything you eat just has to be not seasoned with salt and no added sugar etc so the other day we had risotto, I cooked it altogether and then put some aside for bub and then seasoned ours after 😊 also would recommend the solid starts app as that shows how to serve different foods for the age of your baby. The Ella’s kitchen pouches are good too as Natalie said if you prefer more puréed foods, one meal a day is fine and then you can work up to more!

I feel like you'd give good advice here on this ❤️

ahh I am honoured 😅
Our routine is:
0630 wake up and milk
0830 breakfast
0930-1100 nap
1100 milk
1230 lunch
1400-1530 nap
1530 milk
1700 dinner
1830 bed with a milk
It’s totally fine to just have one meal at this age though, and sandwiches are also fine
Breakfast/lunch we do quesadillas, toasties, toast, omlettes, pastry pinwheels, pancakes, pasta, sushi, wedges, muffins, sandwiches, brioche rolls, egg bites and porridge fingers etc all with some fruit or veggies on the side!
Dinner he just has whatever we do
Just keep trying the veggies sometimes they take a while to get used to it, my toddler took aaaages to start eating fruit and veg x

Plenty of good advice here! I also used to stress out when I wasnt on time with my LO food. I do breakfast and dinner so far. Breakfast is when I introduce allergens so I could monitor the reaction. Dinner is just for fun - something we eat, or a bit of porridge/fruit/veg/yoghurt. No pressure really! Up to one food is just for fun. I love seeing LO funny faces when she tries new textures. Honestly don't stress over it, few meals and you will nail it.
