Think I just gave my 5.5 month old formula that was about 10-15 mins over the one hour mark from when she started! Completely mixed up the time I started it. Hopefully this isn’t too bad of a time to go over?! 😫😫 she’s already dealing with an upset stomach so worried I’m making it worse now!

We do this a lot, and she’s been fine! It’s not suddenly going to turn the second the hour hits

My husband gave baby 15 hour old formula by mistake and she's been ok! I am sure she will be fine

advice here in Australia is 2 hours. We personally say 1 hour to allow for this sort of situation.

you'll be good! this happens to us frequently as baby is a very slow eater

You'll be fine worst case they'll do a runny poo

I thought advice was two hours? I’m uk based x
it’s 2 hours from time it is made and 1 hour from when they start drinking as far as I know x

Oh really!? My little one has just turned one and I’ve always done two hours from when it was made!! 🤦🏻♀️ he’s always been fine if it’s any consolation 😂

It's two hours from when made and left at room temp untouched an hour from when they start drinking it although I do an hour from when he stops as I always forget the time he started 😂
haha love this tbh!! Best reassurance for it 😂😂! Tbf I’m sure when my LO was born we misunderstood and did the 2 hours a few times too then I found out about the 1 hour thing and was like oh shit lol. Not very clear on the instructions though 🙄! It is just a best practice thing though from what I’m gathering x
I won’t even know as they are already runny atm due to a bug she’s had 🤦🏻♀️😂

This has happened a few times and she was absolutely fine don’t worry
