13 + 4 Perinatal Appointment

We went to the high risk doctor yesterday and to meet with the genetic counselor for my SMA risk results and to have blood drawn from dad. We also got to see baby boy who was moving around so much. Arching his back, opening his mouth, waving his arm, and stretching his legs 🥹 first time pregnant here and last time we saw him was at 8 weeks so it was a lovely surprise to see something that looks like an actual baby 😂 They measured him at 13 + 3 but the measurement is when he had his back arched so idkkkk haha happy either way they say baby is strong and healthy, back of the neck looks good. 165 BPM 🫀

Next appointments aren’t until Dec. 13th with our OB and then the 26th for the anatomy scan. Can’t wait to see him again ☺️🤍

Scan needed at 33 weeks

Hi ladies! I just had a midwife appointment (I am 33+5)..the midwife was different to my usual midwife. She's requested I have a scan within 72 hours as she said baby is measuring a little small, however, she did say that it's likely nothing to worry about and it's probably just her measuring me a bit different to my usual midwife. Has anyone else had this? Am a bit worried although babys heartbeat and movements are completely fine.

Finding out gender

Has anyone found out the gender at a private scan at 14 weeks? And has this been accurate?

I found out at 17 with my first but I know a scan place that offers from 14/15 weeks and I’m impatient 😂🥲

normal or infected?

5 weeks post c section , i went at the beginning of the week as my wound had opened completely different area to what’s leaking. was told it didn’t look infected. anyone know if this is normal coming off it, it’s only a little amount at a time

Rolling milestone at 5 months - What’s typical ?

Good morning ladies,

My daughter will be 5 months old tomorrow, but there’s still no sign of her rolling. She does tummy time and loves lying on her mat, playing with hanging toys above her and to the sides, but she only lifts her legs and doesn’t seem interested in rolling or moving sideways yet.

Anyone else the same or have your babies already learnt how to roll yet ?
