my son is 8.5 months old, stands well on his own, wants to walk already but seems to be a bit underweight. Which would y’all suggest walker-wise?

I liked the chair because I think it helps them build up those legs muscles

...you mean months right?!! For an 8.5 week old absolutely none of these- just floor time!
For an 8.5m old- the push walker 😊 the sit in ones can be dangerous as the baby is stuck and if accidentally left unattended, injuries can happen. It also puts them in an unnatural position and doesn't teach them balance as they are sort of sitting and pushing and sometimes toe walking

Push walker hands down. This is strictly my opinion: sit walkers promote bad walking posture/habits and they’re not safe.
My daughter has a push walker and it allows her to walk and when she plays with the toys on the front she’s able to work her legs from standing up and down

I was just about to say that baby is to small to be in a walker lol

Push

I have both just because she loves to jump up and down in her sit walker and just got a push walker but mine is not ready to walk anytime soon

girl yes🤦🏽♀️ I meant months, I didn’t even catch that 😭
I miss when my baby was 8 weeks tho 😭🥺

Push walker.
Sit walkers aren’t good for their hip/ walking development!

My baby is really tiny too and I got her the walker… she hates it! She’s too small for it and falls sideways, I have to put a pillow behind her so she can fit correctly 😭

Push walker. From my experience we got our daughter one at 6months when she started to lift herself and take a few steps using it. She is now 8 months and has become a pro at it. She can’t stay still so she is a lot happier being able to roam around.
