The follicle which your egg came from becomes the corpus luteum which is like a temporary organ to produce the progesterone until the placenta takes over - so it stands out on your ovary on a scan. It is pretty cool! Mine was my left too

Mine was left too and I had an ectopic pregnancy and had my left fallopian tube removed so that means might right fallopian tube picked up the egg from the other side! It’s crazy they aren’t attached x

Yes! Mine is right ovary! 🥰 it tends to only be private scanners who look though.
I know! Mine is my left ovary! The lovely lady did try to explain, but I’m still not quite sure how they can tell! X
