I think I have PPA/PPD. It doesn’t seem to get better and I think I should reach out to my doctor.
I refuse to take any medications though. I’ve seen terrible effects on my family members and I don’t want to be like that.
Is therapy useful? Has anyone done that? Is it mostly covered by the insurance?
I don’t know what else I can do to feel better and improve my situation.

I had my first therapy session today and I was diagnosed with bpd and bipolar 1 and ppd it definitely helped talking to another mother about things I have thoughts about I would give it a shot

Hugs momma I have PPA and been self managing since after birth. Not sure If you’ve tried meditation or CBD or even ashwaganda it really helps me 🤍
i will try that! Not sure i can take ashwaganda while breastfeeding though
