Which bread would you recommend? The ones I’m seeing all contain sugar. Also, what do you offer on bread?

Sourdough, panini, ciabata etc. We don't eat toast bread in our house, mostly rolls, so I just cut off a piece of that. And I put anything on it really - butter, thinned peanut/almond/cashew butter, hummus, dip in soup, sauce from meat
is it normal for them to contain sugar? I saw some sourdough ones at Tesco today and they all had sugar in it..

It shouldn't be in the ingredients as far as I know, but in nutrients it might show up (just checked some online and none of them showed it as an ingredients).

I just give my baby what we eat so rather kings milk 50/50 or warbutons. And loves a bagel. X
thank you x

Everything contains some kind of sugar for it to rise properly I think. Some are natural sugars but it won't affect baby at all x
