@Nilam It’s for little one as I’ve been reading about plantbased baby nutrition and they advise a fortified milk to match the nutritional quality of cow’s milk. He’s 8 months, however, I do plan to keep breastfeeding for a while longer so I’m just planning ahead really to when he’s a toddler. I’m mainly concerned about calcium as he already takes a D3 supplement and will start on a b12 supplement when he’s 1. I’m also concerned about my own calcium levels!
@Nilam there’s Sojade brand as well
It’s a struggle isn’t it… I haven’t had my baby yet so I not really thought about it in detail. I did see the alpro soya toddler milk in boots but didn’t look into it much. I wonder if there are drops you could add into the milk, I’m just thinking out loud. I looked at sojade it’s good to know there are some options at least.
Have you had a blood test for your calcium levels?
Yes plenish is the only one I know as well, does it have to be fortified? Can you give the vitamins in another form?
