I’m continuing my current gym routine (15 weeks) but wondering if there are any specific pregnancy exercises I should do in addition?
Any recommendations of YouTube vids or programmes? Or even must-do exercises?

Pelvic floor, Kegel, for sure. Start early to build a habit of Squeeze exercises so you won't wee wee yourself like I still do LOL
No laying down flat for a long period of time, so you won't restrict the blood flow
And careful with stretches as the relaxin hormone can increase the risk of injuries x

With my PT I’ve been focusing on a lot of squatting (whilst the bump allows), sumo squats, inclined goblet squats, lunges etc and also a lot of upper - face pulls, tricep dips, lateral raises which I’m told I’ll be grateful for when carrying a baby around everywhere

I'm only 9 weeks! Only difference so far for me is I'm avoiding weighted Hip thrusts and some Ab stuff. I've started incorporating Turkish get ups too. I want to stay strong and fit, keen to hear everyone else's gym routines in pregnancy
