She’s on the big side. Skip newborn clothes

We was told 90th centile at 39 weeks through a scan, we went 2 weeks overdue and was then told 70th centile through another scan.

She was born 36th centile! There not that accurate!

We barely bought any tinybaby/1st Size as we was told she was 90th centile and she's still only just fitting newborn size at 4 weeks! X

Was told at 36 weeks he's 6.5lbs and was told to add half a pound a week until he is born

It means you’ll need probably need 0-3 month clothing and size 1 diapers straight out the womb.
Bring a couple newborn outfits and a couple size 0-3 month. They can give an estimate, but you won’t know the size for sure until baby comes out.
My daughter started at 6.8 percentile for growth at 20 weeks, then jumped to 18th by 27 weeks, and then 36th by 32 weeks. At 39 weeks, she was at the 80th.
But she was born at 41 weeks at 9lbs 6oz-99th percentile 😅
My son was measuring at 92nd percentile and 1lb at 20 weeks and the 86th percentile and 5.5lbs as of 33weeks. I have another ultrasound for him at 37 weeks which is on the 15th.
