Heck no I would die. My baby sleeps in a bassinet right next to my bed IF she’s not in the bed with me

And yes I pick her up every cry and snuggle and feed her back to sleep. It’s my favorite thing.

Mine used to sleep in her room and I got much better sleep but lately she wakes up right after I put her down anywhere even in her bassinet in our room 😭 I used to only wake up when she would cry to eat and I’m hoping that routine comes back

I’m changing from the bedside bassinet to the crib just depends on the night but if he’s in his crib I’m less inclined to get up for every little fuss and noise he makes. Sometimes he falls right back to sleep.

Just putting this out there, AAP recommends room sharing until at least six months to reduce possibility of SIDS

Baby will be in a next to me until she is 6 months that’s what’s recommended for our health visitor x

Like others have said we’re waiting until the recommended 6 months, room sharing and she’s in her bassinet until then.
