Honestly ginger biscuits 15 mins before you get up in the morning helped me a lot, have a pack of them on your bedside and have like 2 or 3 before you get out of bed.. I don’t like ginger biscuits but it does help. Drink plenty of water and stay hydrated as well, rest when you can, hopefully it’ll ease soon❤️

Thankyou!! I’ll give that a go❤️

Lemon water helps ginger preggy pops and some people say seabands work as well are you just nauseous are you able to keep foods and liquids down

Welcome to the beige diet club 😂 little and often is my biggest piece of advice. Nothing saucy, gloopy or heavy. Crackers, bread, potatoes etc. will be your best friends. Plenty of water throughout the day, I found ribena cordial really helped me. It was refreshing and had the sugar I needed for energy!

Ginger didn't work for me, but club crackers and and mints work best for me. I keep them next to my bed and eat something before I get out of bed.

I had ginger and lemon tea for nausea, it helped a bit. I was lucky that it only happened during the evenings. As soon as I hit 12 weeks, it thankfully disappeared.

Ginger ale and dry toast/crackers worked for me for a while.

Thankyou girls I’ll give them all a go, hopefully it shifts soon🤞🏼❤️

I feel for you, the first trimester was so tough for me. Unfortunately nothing helped my nausea. Everything was making me nauseous and gag. My only advice is to take care of yourself and do whatever you need to do. Don’t feel guilty if you need to lay on the couch all day or if all you can tolerate eating is plain bread. Nothing helped me and I was nauseous for the entire first trimester, once second started it was all gone. My recommendation is get your nutrients in when you’re feeling ok (for me I felt better in morning vs eve). I drank smoothies, ate bread and cheese. Good luck mama. You can also get meds from the doc which I probably should’ve done

Mine normally wakes me up every morning at around 4am!! Then goes then comes back around the evening time, I have a doctors appointment tomorrow so hopefully they give me some anti sickness meds🤞🏼 Thankyou!!❤️❤️

Hang in there! I have been taking vitamin b6 , and then taking preggie pops as needed, and Unisom at night

I suffered a lot with acid reflux during my last trimester especially, in the end I was taking omeprazole in the mornings and Gaviscon when I could, hopefully it gets easier for you mama🥰

Ginger biscuits, ginger beer pop were the best for me!! I couldn’t really eat any tea as mine was on a night. But tried to eat biscuits instead xxxxx

Blueberry smoothie helped me in the morning. Just loads of blueberries mixed with almond milk and honey

Preggy pops, antacids, 8mg Zofran 3 times a day is the only way I survived, and make sure to eat what feels like constantly. As soon as you start getting hungry you'll feel worse then it will be even less appealing to eat

Saltine crackers, go to food/snack.

I had to get anti sickness meds. Nothing else worked.

Greetings from 4am! 🤢🤢

I think if you eat fruit, it will help a lot. Also when you go to your first appointment, your doctor will prescribe some thing For the nausea. I also think if you try to eat smaller meals, it will help do not drink too many hot stuff in the first trimester. Try to download a moms app I feel that helped me a lot I would not take any medication unless your doctor prescribed it especially because you are so close in the first trimester crackers are good. Also oatmeal is good.

Thankyou!! I don’t really drink hot drink anymore for that reason every time I try to they don’t seem to agree with me anymore haha I have an appointment on the 14th so will speak about some meds, thanks❤️

every single morning🤢😩

I found that lucazade and plain digestive biscuits helped me, my midwife recommended these after ginger biscuits did nothing for me, she said to keep my blood sugars up. But be careful because if you’re not keeping anything you’ll become dehydrated, go to your gp and they’ll give you anti sickness tablets

The first trimester is tough! I ate lots of ready salted crisps… and had something to eat before I got out of bed. The other two trimesters have been a dream though, power through!👊🏼 xx

Lots of carbs worked for me. Also I had quite a lot of sour ice pops. I also agree with eating little and often, even fairly small meals would set me off so I was constantly snacking

Something dry as soon as you wake up, I had ryvita next to my bed and I’d eat one literally the second I opened my eyes, sucking on lemon sherbets helped aswell.
Don’t let yourself get hungry it’s worse then

Only thing that worked for me was crackers like ritz crackers cause they are light on the stomach and crackers tend to ease of nausea well for me they did

I even had mini cheddars they tasted better and they also worked guess it’s any crackers
