This may be a stupid question but please help…

Does your baby move there feet like this non stop? She’s 8 months born 2 weeks early she seems to have to do this non stop except while sleeping or sitting up

My twins will be 8 months in a week and my boy twin does this! He’s only still when sleeping

Avatar

does he throw his hands around when in his car seat too? Not aggressive but just can’t stop moving

Avatar

He kind of just flaps his arms around and slaps his lap a lot while in his car seat or in his high chair.

Mine also I’m wondering if I should be concerned at all or if it’s motor development

Avatar

I’ve brought it up to my pediatrician multiple times because my girl twin doesn’t do this at all. She isn’t concerned about what he’s doing as she said it’s developmental. But she is concerned that my girl isn’t doing these things and said she is delayed

She’s just figuring out she has limbs and moving like that can be soothing!

If you don’t know the answer it’s not a stupid question! My baby girl does the same, a lil more vigorously 🤣 I think they are just exploring their body parts and what they can do. My girl does it while breastfeeding, sitting up, laying down, in her bouncer, in the bath lol, she’s kicking me right now as she’s eating. Perhaps she’ll be a gymnast, martial artist, tap dancer. Seriously though I think it’s just self exploration.

This is normal. My son has been kicking and doing weird things with his feet since he was inside. And both of my sons always have to have their feet on something or moving around, my oldest is two

Avatar

lol this is very normal my 2 year old still moves her feet like this sometimes 😂 it’s her habit since she was a baby

Avatar

Mine does the same!

Pregnant with baby 2

Hi everyone! I gave birth via emergency c section 9 months ago as my baby boy was measuring big, he pooped inside so there was risk of him inhaling it and I wasn’t progressing past 3cm to have a natural birth and now I’m currently 20 weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby. I’m having a consultation on Tuesday to talk about birth options and to have any questions answered but I don’t know what to ask. I feel like it would be safer having a c section again but at the same time I don’t want a c section. Does anyone have any question ideas I could ask or any advice/stories of similar situations. Tia

Anyone else felt like this?

Hi, I’m 4 months postpartum, little one sleeps through the night and is formula fed, the last week I’ve felt extremely tired and very hungry! Just wondered if anyone else has felt this way/experienced this?

Hey what are your current symptoms?

I’m 37+5

I’m pretty mobile still but anything over a hour or 2 and I’m in discomfort

Getting up from a sitting position is hard

Some of baby’s movements now are bordering on painful especially around my crotch/pelvis

I’m exhausted very easily and nap every single day

Can basically only breathe out my mouth now and I’m snoring and dribbling 😂

Standing in one leg is very painful 😂

Some waves of pain/ tightening but I regular and mild

Low period type aches

And I feel like a fire breathing dragon with this acid reflux

My nose is growing 😂

My fingers swell slightly and go numbs in my sleep so that and constant toilet breaks keep me up ( checked swelling with MW and consultant and all normal, not a worry)

I also do not want to be social in person like I’d rather everyone just be my penpal atm lol

What are your symptoms?
