Yes me too !

I drink bone broth at night to prevent it

My morning sickness never stopped so my midwife has me drinking bone broth hot chocolate. It helps your blood sugar stay regulated while you sleep because it’s a high protein drink that’s easier to digest. I also sleep better when I drink it, no more sickness for me with that stuff

@Lindsay ahh Thankyou il look into that I have low blood sugar anyway I think so it may be that the baby's zapping it all out of me while I sleep 😴 thanks!! Xx

@Cassie it's a nightmare isn't it... I have 4 other children and trying to get their breakfast done in the mornings making me feel sick. 😫 p.s your same due date as me! Xx

Yes 😒

My sickness kicked in at 9 weeks & has still not gone away! 😩 But like you I wake up super hungry but know I can’t tolerate food/ solids first thing, so I make myself a smoothie with fresh/frozen fruit. Helps my appetite open up, the ice helps my nausea & I get some goodness in me! Hope you feel better very soon x

@Gul awww I feel bad for u it's lasted so long. That's a great idea, il have to try it thankyou hunni xx

aww hope it eases off soon xx

1 cup of chicken bone broth, 1 half cup of milk or plant based milk, 1 tsp of butter or ghee (clarified butter) I use ghee cause it’s higher in healthy fats and keeps my blood sugar stable for longer. 1tbsp of unsweet cocoa, and then sweetener of your choice

I buy most of my ingredients at health food stores like sprouts, you can make bone broth at home too with a crockpot and chicken bones from a rotisserie chicken

that’s exactly how my midwife described it!
