His age is 7 weeks it says in pack 150ml 5 feedings over 24 hours. So I have done 150×5 = 750 I have added 50 onto this to make it an easier number to work with so 800ml total as a guide in 24 hours. If baby feeds every 3 hours would I just divide 800 by 8 so that would be 100ml every 3 hours or should I be putting 150 ml in bottle everytime. He has finished the 100ml every time so far using paced feeding his own choice. But still not sure if I put more in bottle if he wants more.

Trial and error. If you think he wants more try a bigger bottle and see if he wants it and gets to a point where he pushes it out.

My little girl is 7 weeks. I looked at her feeds yesterday and she had 7 feeds in 24 hours. Each feed I offered 5oz but she didn’t always take 5. It worked out she took 27oz in 24 hours.
We tend to feed every 3ish hours during the day and normally between 4-5 during the night.
The HV told me not to worry about the feeding guidelines as it’s more about what your baby needs.
I was also told if my baby is consistent draining a bottle each feed then to up it another oz x

Don't follow the tin at all and follow your baby, write a log so you can monitor what he takes. You will start seeing a nice pattern which you can then work around during the day

We don’t follow the tin my LO has 8 bottles a day not the 5 that it states in the tub x

Don’t follow the tin at all baby gets what she wants 😊
