Recover breastfeeding supply

I currently have a decent supply from my right breast, but limited supply from my left. My right breast has grown significantly bigger which began during my pregnancy. I’ve always favoured my left breast to try and encourage it to increase supply. My baby is EBF and she is on the 97th percentile. In the past few days I feel my left breast is not feeling “full” at feeding time as it used to and my girl is more fussy on that side. Because of these things, Ive started pumping my left breast only after feeds.

I’m not currently taking anything so am investigating what supplements might help my poor lefty.

Has anyone previously had success recovering breastmilk supply with any sort of supplements or diet change?

Following because I have the same problem but the other way around!

I'm taking brewers yeast in tablets. There is no strong science behind it but traditionally it's recognised to increase milk supply. My LO has currently a strong preference to the left one so I pump - nothing is really better than feeding/stimulation.

I’ve got a similar issue! I often get almost twice as much on the right when I pump, and my baby much prefers it. As long as they’re getting enough though it doesn’t really matter other than for your symmetry. Some people feed exclusively off one side.

Thank you everyone for your supportive comments!

Today I’ve picked up some Elevit breastfeeding tablets and I’m also going to power pump for the next week or so. I’ll let you know my progress 💪🏽

Following as I have the same issue!
I did see a lactation consultant and she told me to do exactly what you are doing - a 15 min pump after feeds on my left side
Some pumps I literally get nothing after the 15 mins but then feel like I need to pump on the right because the let down I get from pumping makes my breast feel full

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

He use to sleep through the night now he is waking up every single night in the early morning, I've had to transition him to a toodler bed as he kept climbing out his cot. Just need some advice on what I can do to help him get back in to a sleep pattern?

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

6 month old autistism

My 6 month old makes no eye contact with me and doesn’t respond when I call him. Can this just be a phase or personality trait as apposed to autism

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

New born

Finally had my baby girl via C-section on the 18th, everything has been so far. But I’ve noticed she’s very fussy and cries a lot. I’ve been trying to exclusively breastfeed. The lactation consultant at the hospital said I did look like I’m making enough milk for her. She was latching on good at the hospital and now here at home, she doesn’t seem to want to latch at all. She’s been crying a lot and very fussy. I’m just wondering is she’s colic or like maybe she just doesn’t want the breast anymore?
