Avocado, egg, nut butters, fish, prawns, bolognaise, mild chicken curry. Yogurt with nut butter and chia seeds

I second avocado, eggs, and nut butters!

Thank you!! What about sunflower seed butter??

Prawns 😮🤭I’m just not a seafood person, but my bf is lol. He’s making lobster tonight, just might let her try it out! Thank you!

Avocados, eggs, baby pancakes

I feed my 8month just about everything. Some of her weekly meals, sardines with a veggies and fruits. Peanut butter oatmeal pancakes, eggs and cheeses.
I do about a new veggie a week but always give her meat or fish (mostly sardines) weekly.
FYI - Sardines are an excellent choice of fish for their health benefits.
