Ovulation tests

I usually start testing around cycle day 8. And I test until I have reached my peak and then I test till I see the lh start to lower

Best times to test is between 10am and 8pm. Never just first morning's pee. I usually test once a day after my period is over and then start testing twice a day when I notice that my numbers are going up.

I would since it’s your first time. I’d do once around the middle of the day. And then about a week after your period I would do twice a day 10am and 6pm

Premom app and test strips are the best

I like to use the clear blue ovulation strips as well as Premom ovulation just to compare. And yes twice daily at least with the Premom ovulation strips not the clear blue. The clear blue ones say to test first morning urine
