1st Birthday - Those having parties..

For those of you who are having 1st birthday parties to celebrate little ones and surviving the first year 🎉

We are also thinking of having a little party with soft play hire for our little boy. Is anyone else doing party bags for babies to take away? If so... what are you putting in them? Other than bubbles I am stuck for ideas that aren't ridiculously expensive 🙈

I’m just buying books and wrapping them individually to give out! As they are all going to be so young x

We're doing party bags, I think we're doing bubbles, books (10 for £10 at the works so putting one per bag) spikey/flashing balls, smiley maracas, clapping hands thing and a party blower X

My baby received a party bag recently with one of those spiky silicone sensory balls those flashes when you bang it. She loves it. There was also chocolate in that bag which we don’t want her eating yet, so I ate it 😄 So yeah, maybe interesting little toys or silly masks or something, as you can’t be sure what other parents want their babies to eat xx

@Shannon Service I did think books but then also wouldn't know which ones parents have already got for their kids without asking so put myself off that one 😅

@Laila I didn't realise shein did pre filled ones! Thank you for giving me the idea to look on there ☺️

I'm doing party bags and got all the things from temu very cheap including sensory toys, bubbles, teething toy and a suction toy you know which can stick to highchair or car window. Going to add some milky buttons I think. Didn't spend allot at all and actual bags were about 70p for 15! X
