Am I being unreasonable?
Help, so I’ve lived with my husband 15 years and the past few years he’s really got more into gadgets. I don’t mind most of them are great.
Im talking about Alexa, smart bulbs ect
We used to just have them in the front room and bedroom. Alexa light of lamp on ect
He has suddenly put them in every room we have tv lights and now we have sensor lights in the hall wall. They are helpful but I can’t help but feel it’s a bit much.
It’s not hard to switch a light on and off especially as we walk past the switch.
But I’m tidying my daughters bedroom and the bloody light goes of.
I know they save it saves money but I don’t really see how if the switch is on constant. It’s like being on standby surely!
Am I being ungreatful? 🙈

It’s annoying when the lights go out especially if you’ve got to reconnect them all the time. I would say just talk to him about it and reason with him that sometimes you don’t mind having to switch on a light manually in some rooms.

I wouldn’t say ungrateful but I also don’t see the big deal, ok the light went off put it back on again.. if ur husband likes them then what’s the problem x
