Momcozy s9 or s12 pumps?

Has anyone tried the momcozy breast pumps either s9 or s12? I just found out you can’t return breast pumps anymore. So I’m really trying to pick something I can keep and satisfied with.

I adore my s12 pros! Saved my life as I exclusively pump 🖤

Avatar

do you know the difference between s9 and s12? Or is it more like an upgraded version?

Avatar

s12 pros have been upgraded for a less painful suction if you have sensitive nipples, and they have a double seal to avoid leaks, and better battery life, I only charge them at night once a day!

Avatar

any leaks when transferring to a bottle? Is it a Glass, plastic, silicone, rubber container?

Avatar

no leaks, it’s plastic :)

Avatar

hard plastic correct? Sorry for the questions, I just want good ones since they can’t be returned

Avatar

don’t be sorry! Yeah hard plastic. I would definitely recommend them though xx

I think I’m sold…one more question…how long have you had yours?

Avatar

I’ve only been pumping for 3 weeks currently, but have been doing it right from birth. But I know other ladies on here have had them for longer! Honestly my boobs have never got engorged using them, they have a great suction for drainage xx

Avatar

thank you. How much are you getting from each session? I’m using spectra one and medala symphony and getting around 2 ounce from each side in a single session. I want to get a wearable pump but I’m concerned that I’m not going to get any since I have low supply. I’m 36 days postpartum.

Avatar

I’m getting anywhere between 4-9oz total depending on the time between pumps. I pump around 6 times a day, I could probably go up but I’m so tired, as I’m 21 days postpartum! But I’ve heard it can take up to 12 weeks for your supply to regulate so don’t give up🖤

Avatar

does it sense when the tank is full and stops automatically? I’m pumping about 4/5oz total. What’s the capacity of the pumps?

Avatar

the tanks hold 8oz each I think so you’ll be fine! It shuts off automatically after 30 mins, not when they are full x

I have the M5 purchased from Amazon and they work well! They can be returned on Amazon.

I have s9 and s9 pro. I much prefer the pro

Avatar

why the pro?

good to know…what’s the time frame?

Wdy think of this for a toddler to learn word construction?

I'm open to anything else to start teaching him to read and write. He's 3!

Do men really enjoy fellatio?

Been together more than 10 years, but it's been a while since he even seemed remotely interested in me getting on my knees, or vice versa so to speak. I think it was once last year. Must be something I am doing wrong 🤔. Generally everything else in that department is great and we have two young kids with no extra support, so it's quite surprising we can't keep our hands off each other but may need to try new things. It's basically 2 positions each time with some foreplay.

Vanilla extract

Has anyone used alcohol free vanilla in their babies formal to help them drink?
I’m 100% sure my baby refuses her bottles as she doesn’t like the taste of it!

Just anxious to try it, don’t want her to get used to it and then refuse bottles again after two weeks of using (correct me if I’m wrong but I’ve read you use it for 2 weeks max)

TIA 🙂

Naps

How is everyone doing for naps?

Little one is 9 months old and will have 2 half hour naps and one solid 1 hour - 2 hour nap a day

Then settles for night around 9pm. Wakes for a feed around 3:30 then sleeps until 6-7

Sex post C section

Hi ladies I’m 4 weeks 5 days postpartum and I had a C section. I’m not bleeding properly anymore just some brownish discharge stuff that starts on and off. I’d like to do the deed with my partner; is it okay to do so or shall I wait the full 6 weeks. I feel up for it but also worried because the advice is 6-8 weeks.

Pumping advise

FTM to a 2 week old! I’m breastfeeding and then giving one formula bottle last in the evening before bed. I want to start expressing milk to give me some breathing room and also allow my partner to be more involved in feeding. I’m finding the idea of introducing pumping into my day quite overwhelming though. I don’t want to take milk away from my baby by pumping if he needs it during the day when being breastfeed.

Can anyone advise how I start pumping and when to do it? Thank you!
