Brain fog

This is me and I went to my dr saying I have early onset dementia he said I’m too young but HRT doesn’t work for brain fog 😳

Pleased it’s not just me. It’s so bad. I’ve moved to a different area so looking for work here but I’m thinking how would I do anything when mind won’t retain anything so my confidence is really low

I’m exactly the same, learning to drive at the moment too and on 2 occasions my brain literally went blank!!!

Ah no Cindy. I hope this improves once all the hormones calm down. I was standing in coffee shop the other day and wanted something with raspberries in. I couldn’t remember what they were called. I said the little red fruit things that’s not strawberries lol

lol I’m the same, sometimes I have to explain something to my other half because the name just won’t come to me, happens at work too! Most times we can laugh about it but crickey I’m scared for my driving test!

when is your test? I’m sure it will do great. My daughter just passed hers a few weeks back. She said she hit a curb while parking, went the wrong way and got told to stop talking to much and concentrate lol. She only got one fault and that was clearance going past parked cars.

Hi Julie! You will not believe this!! I passed yesterday! And I was so shocked! I did get 6 minors but a pass is a pass lol x

ah no! I’m pleased it’s not just me Louise. Forgetting simple things is a nightmare. I’ve just read it shouldn’t last tho so there’s hope yet lol
