Hey ladies, as often as I make this, I actually don’t have recipe in particular that I use for this. 😅 It’s one of those eyeball until your taste preference typa things. But I’ll tell you the ingredients I used! ⬇️

Pappardelle pasta noodles
Chili oil
Fresh minced garlic
Green onion/scallion
Brown sugar
Dark soy sauce
Hoisin sauce
Balsamic vinegar

In a skillet combine chili oil and garlic, sauté until garlic is fragrant.

Add in the rest of the ingredients and cook until sauce starts to reduce.

Add in noodles last and mix until all the pasta is covered in sauce. For a stickier glaze, reduce the sauce longer.

Super simple and the perfect combo of sweet and spicy!! Enjoy 😌
