I have been having more nightmares than usual. It’s not your normal ones like pregnancy scares but growing up I would watch horror movies all the time. Now I dream about them .
Has anyone experienced this ?
Know what I can do to have better sleep without the nightmares?

I have nightmares every night and it’s awful. My repeat is my son drowning and I’m unable to get to him and help. Others of something wrong with my current pregnancy such as miscarriage, heart defects, and genetic issues. Unfortunately I work night shift 3 nights a week and I don’t think it’s helped my situation one bit. I have no advice unfortunately! But following along hoping others may have advice. Praying for you Mama some peaceful rest

I have tons of nightmares with this pregnancy I didn't with my daughters so I'm hoping it means I'm having too much hormones like maybe it's a boy I hope I dunno if there's anything to it

Does anyone having these nightmares know their baby's gender yet ??

I watch the croods, dawn of the croods, or whatever kids movie that I can’t really associate with my life and don’t scare me at all even in the slightest before bed. I watched walking dead the other day the scene where they have to deliver the baby and had a nightmare and never again. Kids animations an hour before bed helps me a lot.

I have nightmares and super vivid dreams every night, same with my first pregnancy. Not sure if it means anything but both my babies are boys.
Kids movies are the best to watch before bed. My partner insisted only kids movies before bed from now on lol im so curious now if the gender can be the cause. I don’t know the gender yet. But I will find out this week! Maybe it’s a boy 👀 lol hopefully we can all get some good sleep soon ! 🙏🏼

I'm hoping for a boy

So maybe these vivid dreams will be worth it lol

Yeah I have very vivid dreams including nightmares with all 3 of my pregnancies unfortunately but it’s normal apparently. Doesn’t make sleep very restful 😞

Sorry this is happening but just to add if any of you are religious the thing that helped me stop these bad dreams is praying during the nightmare . Somehow it brings me back from being scared and realizing it’s a dream and I can wake up. Now my dreams are less scary because I’m in control of them❤️
