Apologies for the poop talk in advance.
So I know even adults should be careful when using soaps around the vagina but my 4 week old keeps having explosive shits and it’s going all over her vulva and inside the creases etc. I’m doing my best to wipe between everything but I’m worried she’ll get a uti from the bacteria, is there any soap I could use or should I just stick to using water?

Stick to wipes. When you bathe her use baby safe products as they are formulated to be a good pH for them as they know they're getting baths and will sit in the water with soap. Remember the vagina is self cleaning, even from birth so the less you add and irritate it, the better

I would avoid using soap, but you can definitely get her cleaner by rinsing her with just water rather than using wipes!

I'd go for a better soaked muslin cloth for a better rinse than just wipes. Sitting her bum above a small tub of lukewarm water or even the sink as well.

When my LO had a bad poo i would wash her bum in the bathroom sink / tub and then clean in the creases with a wipe. Dont use soap as it can mess with their delicate Ph balance hun and also could sting her.
Keep wiping until its all clean hun, might take a few wipes
