What bottles does everyone use for there reflux babies?

We are currently using maam bottles. Is there a better brand we could try?

Also are you all using a reflux milk? Or have you opted to stay on normal formula with carobel or just riding out the reflux?

First time mum trying to figure this all out and have changed milks 2 times already. Little one is very constipated but can’t figure out what to do next.- on lactulose too but HV said can’t be on this long term…

Little one cries inconsolably after some feeds and hasn’t passed any poo since yesterday morning. _ not overly concerned about that yet as he doesn’t always pass everyday but since he’s been on the lactulose he usually does

We’re on Kendamil Comfort and dr browns narrow bottles. Is there a comfort version of your current milk? The Dr Brown bottles were good for us because she could get a better latch but they’re not for everyone! I bought a single bottle of various styles on Amazon to trial which one worked best.
Also, Carobel made my baby have really bad trapped wind.

Also, I feed her on her side. Look up side lying feeding online. There is a woman on Instagram called the infant feeding specialist who has lots of advice for babies with reflux. I know she also suggests using a lansinoh teat on mam bottles. You could buy one of those on Amazon and they fit inside a mam bottle.

I do think every baby with reflux is different though and it’s a lot of trial and error until you find what works. I haven’t found a combination that’s completely cured her reflux but we just have spit up now. Other than that, my baby is really happy and no longer uncomfortable. Good luck!

We use mam bottles and are on size 3 teats with her anti reflux formula.

We are using Aptamil anti reflux. We were on kendamil formula since birth. Reflux came at 6 weeks and GP advised us not to change milk. She was put on 1x Gaviscon sachet 2:3 times a day which seemed to work for a while but then at 11 weeks she just kept fighting her feeds and actually dropped the amount of oz she was having a day she just wasn’t enjoying feeding. She was having about 7oz less a day. GP told us to up Gaviscon to double but she was SO constipated doing it and still didn’t get her feed levels up.

We saw paediatrician who said they don’t recommend products like Gaviscon and to swap milk that’s AR. Moved to aptamil anti reflux 6 days ago and she’s SO much better! I’m gutted I didn’t do it sooner! Shes back up to her normal oz of milk a day and taking bottles like a dream. She has only had 1 day where she didn’t poo, others have been 2 poo’s a day. Hoping it continues 🙏🏼

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣
