Are there any groups in the KC, independence area

I feel like a sh*t mom. My daughter is nearly 2 and has barely had any interactions with kids. I could probably count on one hand the times she’s played with other kids. We don’t go out much, definitely my fault, but I just don’t know where to go or what to say to other parents. So if anyone knows of anything that’s weekly, monthly, or just pretty regular meet ups for kids and parents please help me out. I don’t want to stunt my baby’s development by keeping her cooped up with me until she starts school
