I think I have pelvic prolapse - I look at my vajayjay in the mirror after birth (4 weeks ppt) and firstly the opening to my vagina is double the length, but then there is a rounded bit of tissue sticking out which there never was before.
I am convinced its pelvic prolapse and I'm freaking out. Has anyone else had this? Has it rectified itself? I'm so scared of lasting damage.
I have a GP appointment.tomorrow but last time I raised it with them, last week, they told me to do PC exercises and wait till my 6 week checkup to see if things had "tightened back up". I feel like a freak

Go see a pelvic floor therapist to double check what your GP says. My therapist checks my pelvic floor, internally and externally when I go in for my monthly check up, I'm to hit 28 weeks gestation.
@Jenny thank you, I'm in the UK and I don't even know where to start in finding one. I've got another GP appointment today so will push the point and ask if there are pelvic floor therapists I can talk to

My OBGYN gave me a referral list to reach out to so I wasn't hunting blind.
