Born 2/27 at 3:50am…in my apartment!
I did say i wanted an unmedicated birth. But man did she deliver! Had her out in 2 pushes, hubby caught her and EMS arrived just 5 minutes after! 💕

Congratulations!! What a crazy birth story!!

Just had my 3rd (intentional) home birth ❤️ congrats mama; she's beautiful 😍

What made you have her at home? It sounds like this was unexpected? I’m just curious if you Waited for contractions to get to 5 minutes apart but waited too long or you didn’t really have contractions or ???? My first birth contractions started at 4:30 am and I waited to get to the hospital at 8:30 pm and was in immense pain but wasn’t quite dilated enough so I had the midwife break my water. The pain was severe. Baby came an hour or two afterwards. Would love to know your story !

it definitely was unexpected, I was feeling contractions but my water hadn’t broken yet. So I just wanted to wait as long as I could before going to the hospital so they don’t send me home. I was in a lot of pain, but I managed through breathing and water labor. Just when I thought I was relaxed enough to head to the hospital everything just moved fast from there and baby was ready to come lol

I love it I had my son in our apartment, al though it was definitely planned lol congratulations!

normal or infected?

5 weeks post c section , i went at the beginning of the week as my wound had opened completely different area to what’s leaking. was told it didn’t look infected. anyone know if this is normal coming off it, it’s only a little amount at a time

Induction?

Anyone been induced before? Was it more painful? Better than thought? Worse than thought? Worth it? Thoughts?

Induction or c section?

As a last resort, would you rather be induced or have a planned c section?

Really not liking the thought of being induced from people’s experiences I’ve read!

Worth the wait and pain. Baby girl arrived at 7:15 this am weighing 7lbs 6oz. She is so calm and chill.

I am so done with pregnancy !

Everything i do hurt . I sit down / i stand up / i walk / i lie down. I am in pain ! I am tired ! His mouvement hurt down there like electricity chock ! My back is on fire ! If i walk more then 5 minutes i feel like i am going to die ( low ferritine) the acid reflux is crazy . I mean i can’t and don’t wanna do this no more . Only 31 weeks !

Growth scan

So had my 28 week midwife appointment- all good but after measuring bump- I’m now waiting on a scan within a few days as bump is measuring small I’m not worried as I am guessing a tape measure is hardly accurate but
For anyone who has been in a similar position- what was the outcome after the scan? Was the baby on the smaller side ?
Was baby measuring normal?
