Currently almost 13 weeks. I been feeling extremely drained with no motivation or energy to do anything. Any recommendations to boost my energy?

Sleep! Long and often

Definitely let yourself rest, if you can. If you cannot, adding lots of greens spinach salad, lots of water —dealing w the restroom break-, etc.

You'll get more energy in the 2nd trimester, I was really tired to.
Try to sleep when you can,
Walking for a bit and drinking lots of water helped me a bit.

I felt this way too. Thank goodness it is going away now. The thing that helped me the most in the thick of it was a good solid meal. My best bet was a subway with everything. I think part of my problem was my strong meat aversion so I hadn't had really any protein in a couple of weeks. Do your best to eat well, and then just sleep it off. I hope you feel better soon ❤️

The only thing I can think of is getting at least one nap a day. I never used to be a napper before, but I get a nap in every day since 8 weeks. I’ll be 11 weeks pregnant on Thursday
