My four month old is sleeping through the night now not needing to eat for 10-11 hrs. As soon as he wakes up I feed him. He’s EBF I don’t pump because he feeds on demand so I really don’t have a need to. But now that he’s starting to go through the whole night I wake up engorged. He does a good job at emptying me so it’s not a bother but I worry that
1. Am I putting myself at risk of mastitis or other engorgement issues?
2. Will my supply drop since I’m going 11 hours not feeding?
I am finally enjoying a full night of sleep - the thought of pumping is daunting 😓 but I certainly will if it means I may lose my supply.

It will regulate over time, i had the same worries and I do wake up with one breast quite full but the baby immediately ´drinks it up’. I would watch the amount of liquids you drink over night to not over stimulate.
