Dairy free for about 5 weeks but poo still mucousy and green

Baby is 16 weeks and EBF. We have had mustard coloured poos occasionally, here and there. Most are still green and mucousy. Does it mean it’s not dairy that’s the problem?

There have been improvement in his symptoms for example gas. He doesn’t grunt and arch his back when sleeping anymore. But that could be because he is grown abit now I am not sure.

Still possets a lot and breathes heavily when awake. Not sure if these are related. Produces a lot of mucous after the nasal spray as he was very congested but less so congested these days.

Anyone have any insight? We have been referred to paeds but I’m waiting for the appt.

Trial soy free too

Have you also cut out soy? Babies with CMPA often also have a soy allergy due to the proteins being very similar x

We had the same problem. I’m dairy, soy and egg free now 😬 sometimes when I eat spicy foods he will have those issues too.

so hard isn’t it. As long as he is not in pain doesn’t worry me so much but I’m hanging on with the breastfeeding

It’s hard but worth it!

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

Self settling

Any tips or advice of how to teach 6.5month old to self settle? I’m up multiple times in the night to cuddle her back to sleep and put the dummy in. I understand she will wake up and want a cuddle etc but any tips on self settling would be appreciated 🥰

Baby losing weight

Hi all, it's been a long time since I had a baby (my son is 15!). My daughter is 10 days old and was 9lb born, she has since lost weight at every appointment and is at a 12% loss. I am breast feeding every two hours for over an hour and topping her up every feed. I pump and can get 60ml in 10 minutes so I know my supply is okay. Anyone had this before? Can give me some tips? I currently feel like I'm letting my baby down.
