Neocell! I like the pills but they aren’t for everyone and you have to take 6, so they have the powder and liquid also. I notice a difference with my knees especially when I don’t take it.

I’ve taken collagen for years and didn’t stop during pregnancy! It has many health benefits to your health always. I typically mix it in with my coffee in the morning but if I don’t I’ll mix it in with my greens in the evening!

I taken collagen pre pregnancy, I noticed the collagen I take has prebiotics along with enzymes. I wasn’t sure that the enzymes was safe. I checked Google and kinda saw mixed reviews? I will def check with my doc at my next visit. But has anyone heard abt that ingredient? Safe not safe? Will def check into the brands u girls shared!

I started one after having my second baby(was still nursing and pumping) and was suffering real bad from post partum hair loss. It has definitely exceeded my expectations.
