Eating enough?

Ok y’all I have 11 month old and when feeding her solids how do I know when to stop her from eating or if she’s eating too much. Most the time she doesn’t stop on her own lol and her pediatrician said she’ll stop on her own but she never does lol anyone else have any tips? Or cues or hints lol

Go passed on how much a child at her age supposed to have three times a day and give her portion she’s supposed to have then if she’s still hungry then give her a little bit more I used to have the same peoblem but I had to adjust each of my girls portion to how much they can eat she is growing and she’s probably hitting a growth spurt too

Babies won't overeat(: as long as their breast/bottle intake is remaining the same, let them go for it! If you notice they aren't drinking bottles, only eating solids, then cut back but honestly you're so close to a year, I just let my 11m old go for it and eat as much as they want since we're cutting off bottles in 3 weeks!
