My LG has always been refluxy but she seems to have gotten way worse over the last week or so. She is combi fed and if she has boob she will bring up either clear liquid with curdled looking milk in it, and if bottle the milk literally flows out of her mouth. This happens regardless of how long she is sat upright - for example she had her pre-bed bottle tonight and still brought a load up as soon as she was laid down after being upright for nearly an hour. She only has 120ml/4oz bottles because of how much she brings up, according to the pack she should be on 150ml/5oz already and the next increase should be soon but there's no way I could give that much as she can't keep what she currently has down. Am I missing something that would help keep it down or should I give less than I already do? She's not in discomfort and is gaining weight on her curve so I'm not worried in that respect, but I would like to stop having a baby who is always soggy and I'd like to start thinking about weaning off boob but I worry that if I FF in the night she'll just bring a load back up at some point and I'll not hear because I'll be asleep as she'll end up covered it milk 😩
Edit to add - we attempt to pace feed but she goes mental when the bottle is taken away, so I feel that it's better to let her have her fill before taking it away else she ends up very distressed and takes in more air from crying!!

No advice but just here to say me too! He was refluxy as a little baby then it completely stopped for like 6 weeks now this week it's back! Sometimes it can be 1-2 hours after his bottle and he'll do a few sicks. We burp him loads and he happily drinks a full bottle but it just comes back up. Such a strange thing and I've not heard anyone else saying about reflux coming back after it's gone.

My LB also brings up his milk. He’s 4 months tomorrow and on the smaller side. He’s gaining weight but just not as fast as some other babies. He’s currently taking 5oz of formula milk and I’m upping it to 6oz. Funnily enough when he was ill and led down/propped up he didn’t spit up. Now he’s being moved more he’s bringing up milk again. It’s gotten better at night and he’s more comfortable etc.
Have you spoken to your gp or paediatrician? They may offer you baby medication for it or a prescribed milk. X
