Milk and water

My 14 month old has 5oz cows milk first thing in the morning, sometimes he'll have 4-5oz between lunch and dinner then we offer him up to 8oz at bed time and how much of that he drinks depends on how much of his dinner he's eaten. He goes through 1-2 cups of water most days although he does like to spit quite a bit of that out so I'd guess he actually drinks around half a cup to a cup

My baby has about 210ml in the morning and 150ml at night. During the day we offer water, but she is only drinking small amounts 🤷‍♀️

Just one bottle 6-8oz before bed and always has access to water throughout the day.
