You can try pureed prunes! Or fibrous foods like sweet potatoes and peaches!

Also using aquaphor on their bottom can help making the poop come out easier.

Pureed prunes are magic. When my sons poops were super soild from starting solids and hurting him, I did give him 2oz of apple juice for 3 days, and we went back on track. Watching out for her eating a lot of food like sweet potatoes, bananas, and rice cereal is normally the cause of constipation. (Note that you're not supposed to give baby juice if they can eat soilds, but I did because he was very constipated and he was pooping bricks)

Pediatricians, recommend giving the baby prune juice for constipation depending on the months of the baby you only give like 1 or 2 ounces. Tell your pediatrician and get that greenlight. My daughter was constipated for three days and the same day I gave her the prune juice, She pooped two hours later.

Poop definitely should not be liquid at this age! It should be like tomato paste or playdough consistency.
Baby oatmeal with probiotics helps mine be regular. He poops every 2 days instead of every 5 days.

When my little dude is stopped up, we have the best luck with pureed pears! It's like clockwork, within an hour or two after eating them, he usually poops!
