2h nap between 12.30pm and 2.30pm. Then 8pm till 7am.

1.5-2 hour nap during the day and 11-12 hour sleep overnight

Hmm my LO is doing 11-12 overnight but just refuses to day nap now. I’ve tried moving it forward, later etc etc, even tried to go for a drive but just wide awake.

She naps maybe every second day! When she does nap she is up to 9pm so I kind of prefer the no nap days

Yes. 2 or 3 hour nap every day. It's a fight to get him down, but then he doesn't want to get up. Sleeps about 10 hours a night (broken). The Huckleberry app says 12.5 hrs sleep in 24 hours is appropriate. About 11 at night and 1.5 to 2 hour nap.

1-1.5 hr nap every day at lunch and then 9/10 hrs overnight

Hi OP, persevere with the day nap. My daughter did 6 days in a row without the nap and returned to napping because she was so tired. At least 1 or 2 days a week, she refuses to nap. Napping depends on how much physical activity she's had in the morning. We do baby gym on two mornings, gymbaroo one morning, and a playgroup morning. On the mornings we don't have activities scheduled, we walk to the local bakery (about 1.2km). We walk around 8am to avoid the UV (we live in fnq)

@Sue Anne thanks lovely. I’ll keep trying. We had nap refusal for a couple of days about a month ago, then they returned and now the past 2 weeks a big drawn out stressful drama, it feels like it’s not worth it sometimes. Nothing seems to make a difference - swimming lessons, bike rides etc etc. Perhaps I should cut down on overnight sleep by an hour and see if that will help with bringing back the nap as 12-13 hours is far too long to be awake. Thanks for your input, seems very sensible

That is interesting, it sounds like she's genuinely not tired. I give myself 1 hour absolute max to nap her then I stop. I've done "quiet time" a few times which was staying in the dark bedroom with her on the bed for about the duration of the nap. I lie down and rest and she plays with her toys, sometimes climbs on me. I'm not sure about cutting down the overnight sleep, feels like something not to mess around with. I reckon if she naps 3-5 times a week, its fine.

1-1.5 hour nap a day sleeps 11-12 hours a night, he’s no decided that going to sleep at night is a fight and will only do it in our bed after being in the cot his whole life 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
