Lost scan photos!!

They might do, but you’d be likely to have to pay for them

I wouldn’t mind paying for them. I just wasn’t sure if they would keep the photos on file.

So… I laminated my scan photos and I asked for a new set. They said they sent them out.. I never ever received them.

Have you left them in your blue folder by any chance? Because I've done that with my first, unaware we wouldn't get to keep the folder. We brought it up when we had our second and the nurses on the ward managed to get them back to us.
I'd just phone them up and ask.

No we emptied the blue folder before going in for my induction but with all the craziness from coming home they have gone missing☹️

You could ask to see your medical records if they won’t give you replacements, in Scotland I think it’s a freedom of information request but in England you can use this link https://www.nhs.uk/nhs-services/gps/view-your-gp-health-record/ to access your records x

Thank you so much for all of your advice. I called the Subject Access Request team at my local hospital and they are going to send replacements free of charge!
