My little boy seems to have come out of the regression and taking longer day time naps and is managing longer wake windows (2 - 2.5 hours)so I think it’s time.
I use the sweet spot on huckleberry but just curious to know if anyone else has made the transition yet and how it’s been?

We're still on 4 and she barely makes it to an early enough bed time at the moment...just hit regression day 6 😩 How long did yours last ? Xx

Struggling to move to 3 naps currently! I think we'll have a three nap day today as she randomly took a 2 hour nap this afternoon (normally they are only 30mins if I'm lucky). I'm finding 4 naps are pushing bedtime out too late at the moment even with 30 min naps!
I’m sorry to say it was at least 2 - 3 weeks so I feel for you! It does get better though! We ended up taking the dummy away and that made a huge difference and he began to self settle 😊
it’s so awkward at this stage isn’t it! I think I’ll just have to see how each day is with his naps and play it by ear.
He was only taking 30-45 minute naps and it’s only been the last 3-4 days they’ve begun to stretch out so it may start happening for you soon 😊.

Yeah I thought as much 😭😂 How did you take the dummy? Just cold turkey? I did consider but I think she would be AWFUL to get to sleep without or resettle 🫣

We are on 3 but sometimes 4 :)
yes it was cold turkey. I just got so fed up of waking up every 30-45 minutes to him crying for it. He cried for quite a while to begin with but I just kept comforting him and eventually he got used to it. It did take a few days for it to be better but the first day was by far the worst.

Oh god you're braver than me! 🙈 How long roughly would you say he took to get to sleep that first night ? X
probably 45 minutes to an hour. Usually it would only take 10-15 minutes but he’s back to that now 😊
