Pain in leg

Hey lovely’s,
I am 27 weeks pregnant tomorrow and around 2 nights ago I got cramp in my calf (nothing unusual). However since I have really bad pain in the calf which had the cramp, which gets worst when I walk.
I wondered if anyone else has had the same and if this is something to be worried about?
Obviously should never have googled but did and petrified myself, this isn’t my first pregnancy but this didn’t happen with my last baby

Thank you.

Thats normal i had 2x in different nights/weeks and my calf kept hurting for couple more days after that, its just the pressure on the legs. Try and move your fingers and ankle more (helped me the 2x it happened to stop hurting the next day)

Cramp is really common in pregnancy. When it started for me I started taking a magnesium supplement and it hasn’t happened since. It can also be down to a lack of potassium so you could try a daily banana x

Mama mio cooling leg gel has really helped me along with the above recommendations x

I had this, suddenly got really bad cramp in my calf whilst on a work zoom call 🙈 then for a few days after the pain lingered as if id pulled a muscle. It dissapeared by itself after a few days, I did have thoughts it might be a blood clot or something but it wasn’t for me - so it’s natural to worry. Call the midwife team if you want a professional opinion though!

I’m 29 weeks today and struggled so much with these the last week, my legs keep going dead when I’m sleeping too which is constantly waking me up😩 when I mentioned to my midwife she also suggested bananas due to lack of potassium xx

Is this normal?

Is this little red bit on my section scar normal? It’s not oozing anything, doesn’t hurt but it’s the only bit on my scar like it so just curious! (19 days PP)
Thank you in advance! 🥰

Anyone else felt like this?

Hi, I’m 4 months postpartum, little one sleeps through the night and is formula fed, the last week I’ve felt extremely tired and very hungry! Just wondered if anyone else has felt this way/experienced this?

Pregnant with baby 2

Hi everyone! I gave birth via emergency c section 9 months ago as my baby boy was measuring big, he pooped inside so there was risk of him inhaling it and I wasn’t progressing past 3cm to have a natural birth and now I’m currently 20 weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby. I’m having a consultation on Tuesday to talk about birth options and to have any questions answered but I don’t know what to ask. I feel like it would be safer having a c section again but at the same time I don’t want a c section. Does anyone have any question ideas I could ask or any advice/stories of similar situations. Tia
