Body Armor has increased my supply! Staying hydrated and eating good throughout the day has helped.

Best and sure way is to keep attaching baby as often and as long as possible.. alternatively, pump often.

I also say body armor! Really helps my supple and oat meal

I increased my supply with daily skin to skin, supplements (liquid gold is my favorite) and coconut water

Coconut water, lots of protein! Water water water….

Body Armor. Oat cookies. 1tbls spoon of melted virgin coconut oil. Pumping!

Every morning I eat a bowl of oatmeal, I have made that one of my main diets, I eat the oatmeal cookies I’ve make oatmeal protein balls, granola bars. Water water water, drink plenty of it. I also make sure to drink a good amount of whole milk too. Eat other high end protein snacks and meals. And like the other lady’s have said feed on demand with baby anytime even if it’s for 2 min, it might sound annoying, but it helps! And in between naps if I feel engorged I pump, or just a few extra times a day to tell your body to make more milk! I did like body armor but it’s almost better to make your own coconut water drink!

When I notice my supply dropping I do a power pump once a day for a week (usually after LO goes to bed and I watch my show at the end of the night)
Plus Legendairy supplements, water out the wazoo and I agree to the Body Armor! They have great low or zero sugar options that are super delicious!
Oatmeal as often as possible too!

I personally drink body armor almost all day, I eat oatmeal for breakfast, skin to skin and oatmeal cream pies is the top number one that has helped my supple. Your body should know how much milk to supply. Unless you wanna try to be an oversupplier then PUMP PUMP PUMP!!

Is it true that oat meal cream pies works??? I’ve tried so many different things. Haaalp

I second body armor!!!!

It’s such a journey with breastmilk production. My midwife encouraged a high protein and fat diet, to use beef organ supplements, add sunflower lecithin to my smoothies (increased my supply immensely!), drink lots of water, avoid any additional sugar items as that will dehydrate. The pumping/feeding suggestions above are what I am I currently doing, too. Best of luck sister! You got this 💪

THANK YOU MAMAS!!!
