A lot of banks will only open a child's account if the parent banks with them. We've just set one up with TSB as my boyfriend banks with them. It's a child ISA and he can't touch the money until he is 18 x
@Ellie id love it to be a no touch account but when he gets to a point of wanting things I would love for him to be able to access it. I could access my Nat west one but don’t think I bank with them anymore, will have to check with mum as she will know. My main is Barclays
Halifax has a kids saver that you can access and put money into whenever
My daughter as got 1 with Halifax but the only thing is she can’t open it till she’s 18 x
You can always try go Henry I heard it is a good app
I know Halifax offer a range of accounts for kids, if you have a little browse on their website you can find out which one is best suited, did this the other day!
We’ve done a child ISA account with Santander but most banks do them, they can’t take any money out until they are 18 though so depends if you would want one like that or not x
