Definitely would still take baby to pediatric Dr to be checked out still.. I definitely would not let him be holding either girls unsupervised he’s way to young and still probably doesn’t understand the risks to accidental injury.
I would take the baby in to make sure. Head injuries can not present for awhile after it happens. No reason to try and let your son continue trying if your babies keep getting hurt. They can bond other ways and he can hold them on couch when you’re sitting with him. Not accusing your kid because I dont know him, but make sure there aren’t jealousy issues or something. He might not understand the consequences of babies falling, but at his age he could feel jealously and understand it’s because of the babies.
You took the baby to the Dr. for an evaluation right….??
I wouldn't let him hold them anymore unless he was sitting and I was sitting next to him
No judgement- I was scared of my 17 year old holding our newborn. We taught him and watched him hold the baby first for a while, but never leave him alone. But 17 is a whole lot different than 7, I agree with @@Kelseyin showing him how to bond in other ways.
Yeah don’t let your son hold your babies. Not judging, but you’re responsible for their care. He can love them to pieces in other ways. They aren’t his toys and he should understand he isn’t allowed to be responsible for their positioning anymore. He can dance for them, talk to them, sing to them, hand them things to grab, so many things… but I’d never let anyone under 13 hold a baby. They don’t understand.
Idk it doesn't sound like he's ready or capable of holding the babies unsupervised.
